Processing Time

Maximum 5 days processing time. Shipping weekly on Mondays.

Please note if you place an order on a Monday, it may ship that same day or only the following week, depending if I have already done the trip there or not. I can only ship once a week now, as I run this side hustle whilst doing a full-time job, so please be mindful of this!

Shipping Time

🌏 Worldwide shipping available in Standard (untracked) and tracked (Track & Trace). 

Shipping internationally can take from 1 up to 3 weeks. Please check your tracking regularly as there may be delays caused by the delivery services - contacting them may help speed up the delivery process, but please note once the packages leave Portugal you need to contact your local postal service for further assistance.

I suggest the official CTT website to track your shipment, or 17track!

 

Damaged / Lost Mail

I am not responsible for any damaged or lost mail during transit. Once the package is handed into the postal service, It is completely out of my hands how it is delivered to you - if it is delivered insanely damaged, please take pictures of it and submit a claim with your local postal service.

If something happens to a Tracked delivery, I will do my best to help you out and sort out through the process of finding it/solving the situation. 

Please do not hesitate do contact me for any issues you may have with this - but bear in mind I cannot do much on my side, and nothing at all if it is an untracked package.

 

Missing Address / Returned Package

I am also not responsible for any undelivered packages due to incomplete addresses provided. If your package returns to me for this reason, I will contact you with the following options:

• I can ship the package again with the correct address you provide me with, at the cost of a new shipping fee. ( I am no longer covering this re-sending fee, sorry. You need to pay for shipping again. )

• Refund of items cost ( minus the cost of the shipping that was already paid ).

Of course, if any package is returned due to a mistake on my end, this does not apply! I will re-ship it at no cost to you 💜🥰

Import Duties

I ship from Portugal, Europe.

It has never happened before, but if your package by any means gets stuck in customs, any duty fees it may get are yours to pay, I will not cover for any import fees on your packages.
